Your Account & Orders

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information. These emails may end up in your “Spam” folder, so please be sure to add BoxtoGolf to your trusted senders list.

You can check your order status at any time clicking here.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, our system does not permit changes to be made to an order after it has been placed.

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after order submission, and you can do this yourself via the order status page.

If it has been more than 15 minutes since the order was submitted, we may still be able to modify or cancel the order so please write us to info@boxtogolf.com or use our chat support we would be happy to assist as we can.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Unworn items with the hang tags still attached can be returned for a full refund.

Free returns only applies to returns shipped from within the United States. Shipping costs for returns originating from outside of the US are to be covered by the customer. Please mail returns to 4213 North Frazier Street. E2, Conroe, TX 77303.

After initiating a refund on our webpage, we will send you a FedEx return label.

Can I exchange the item I purchased on BoxtoGolf.com?

Unless otherwise stated expressly by BOXTO, you can exchange the purchase made on this Website in accordance with the terms described hereinbelow.

 Exchanges for purchases made on this Website may be processed exclusively for the same item/style purchased in a different sizeAll Exchanges for different items/styles must go through the return process and the placement of a new order on this Website. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.

BOXTO will cover the shipping costs exclusively for one (1) product exchange per client/customer/order. All other shipping costs associated to subsequent exchanges, if any, shall be entirely paid by you.

I purchased Boxto product from a different website/store, can I return it to BoxtoGolf.com directly?

Products purchased at retail locations (golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores) may only be exchanged at such retail locations and in accordance with their policies.

I received Boxto product as a gift, can I return it for an exchange?

Yes! We are happy to take back your new, unworn Boxto item and exchange it for something you prefer. Please contact us via email address info@boxtogolf.com.

When will I receive my refund for my return?

Our refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item(s). Please save the tracking number (below the barcode) on the PrePaid FedEx label to ensure it was successfully delivered to our facility and is in the queue for processing. Please visit our returns page here for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order to ship?

Standard shipping orders typically ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

Expedited and Next Day orders can be expected to ship the same day, provided the order is placed on a business day (M-F) before Noon ET. Orders placed after Noon ET, or on weekends, will ship out the following business day.

Where can I ship my BoxtoGolf.com order?

Orders placed on BoxtoGolf.com can be shipped to physical addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses. (Only standard shipping is available for PO Box and APO/FPO address).

We ship to the 50 states and District of Columbia.
